Government Bids and Proposal Capture Manager
 

Creative Stride, an 8(a) certified Boston-based advertising and technology consulting firm, is looking for Bids and Proposal Capture Manager in the Washington DC or Boston area. Responsibilities include identifying qualifying deals and to be accountable for developing and execution of a strategic plan to win/close business, mostly in the federal space. The capture manager will oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. The capture manager will manage the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process where the opportunity is closed. The capture manager will also be responsible for qualifying the opportunities, identifying the resources required to pursue a bid, assembling the bid team, and implementing the necessary processes, developing bid plans and strategies and managing their execution.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving high-quality, customer-focused and competitively differentiated proposals, best practices and tools for high quality and efficient proposal activities. Must have the demonstrated ability to understand our solution and what wins.
Leads the development and execution of winning strategies, including the recruiting and selection of teaming partners
Strong leadership skills to set team expectations, assess individual performance, manage uncertainty, mitigate conflicts, balance of work / personal time required to achieve quality deliverable
Establishes the winning offering and solution sets, including pricing, schedule, technical, management, past performance, etc.
Prepares and organizes Pink/Red Team phase reviews.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of Bid and Proposal Capture Management within the federal market with a successful track record of qualifying and win history. Candidate must be aggressive self-starter with the ability to build relationships, lead teams, and execute a plan. Necessary requirements are solid analytical and problem solving skills, data analysis skills, and relationship building. Strong organization and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are also required.
