CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sarabjot Kaur Sarabjot leads the overall strategy and vision for Creative Stride, bringing over a decade of experience building, rejuvenating and promoting brands. Sarabjot possesses a remarkable gift to translate the complexities of digital channels and consumer behavior into actionable business solutions. She has a deep understanding of marketing and advertising processes, from campaign design and implementation capabilities to deciphering what the market will accept. She brings extensive experience with strategy, social media and user interface architecture in a number of verticals. Her team has led initiatives for diverse clients such as Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Citigroup, Computer Associates and Management Sciences for Health. Sarabjot has served in various strategic roles at Citigroup, State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) and Fidelity eBusiness. Sarabjot received her Master’s degree in applied sciences from CSSHAU, India and marketing and design training from Rhode Island School of Design and School of Visual Arts in New York.

Harpreet Singh Harpreet brings a decade of experience with blue-chips and high technology startups, and a proven track record of delivering cutting edge Internet Technology, e-Marketing and e-Sourcing solutions for government, B2B and B2C markets. In past roles he has overseen projects ranging from product development in the social media space to execution of digital media campaigns. Harpreet was engaged in program management of sixty technology startups from Citigroup’s Venture Portfolio Office. In a later role, as Director of Technology, also at Citigroup, he architected the infrastructure of global multi-tiered, web-based electronic exchanges. Harpreet subsequently founded the Project Management Office for FX Alliance, a global foreign exchange platform, where he was responsible for enabling project and risk management functions for New York, London and Tokyo locations.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Joseph Cox Joe provides a broad range of social media strategic planning, social media consulting (like blog and content advice, social media ROI analysis, and social media marketing campaigns), and social media training. He emphasizes a “tools last, not first” methodology, and a relevant, hype-free style that doesn’t treat social media as all-powerful and infallible. Joe’s career began with television, radio and print advertising for the federal government and Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Travel, Hospitality, Real Estate and Public Sectors. His focus from the very beginning has been on ROI for every advertising dollar spent. Before coming to Creative Stride, he created and managed a new interactive division for Newsweek. He developed marketing, advertising and PR plan for re-launch of several publication sites. He was also responsible for training over 1,200 sales representatives on the art of selling online advertising including traditional banners, buttons, and skyscrapers, as well as direct email products, newsletters, and sponsorship. In his role, he worked with publishers and sales managers to help them monetize online inventory, as well as increase their print dollars by effectively converging media buys.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST
David Mok David serves as an Account Executive and Social Media Strategist for Creative Stride. He brings with him an entrepreneurial understanding of early-growth companies coupled with experience in strategic planning for large scale systems. He previously served as the Marketing Director of Oxford Entrepreneurs and the Entrepreneurship Director at NACUE, leading multiple teams to accomplish major milestones in sales and customer acquisition. He has also worked as a marketing consultant with start-up companies based in Boston and London and has completed internships for major corporations in Hong Kong such as AIG and Computime. He graduated with honors from Tufts University.
